How to Join the Learning Health Care Network

Counties from across the state have come together to create a sustainable learning health care network for California's EP programs. This project allows consumers, families and the state to benefit from data and improve the quality of services across diverse communities.

Information for Individuals

If you or a loved one are receiving services at a California county-funded Early Psychosis program that is not yet part of the Learning Health Care Network (LHCN), but would like to see if your program can join, we encourage you to contact your county's MHSA coordinator within the department of mental health services (DMHS). County DMHS must initiate the process to join the LHCN.

If you or a loved one are receiving services at a California Early Psychosis program with services paid through commercial insurance, we encourage you to contact your program's leadership and provide them information on this project. They are welcome to reach out to us.

Information for California Early Psychosis Programs

If you are the director of a California EP program that would like to join the LHCN, please contact your county's MHSA coordinator within the mental health department. Your county's MHSA coordinator can request more information about the project and/or indicate their interest in joining the LHCN.
